NORTHFIELD – THE TEAM

The shop is run by Husband & Wife team Andy and Diane McLeod with the able assistance of their team Malcolm Smith, Simon Glass, David Anderson and Daniel Winfield.

Andy has over 10 years experience in all aspects of the flooring trade and is always on hand to give any advice you need and specialises in landlords and rental properties.

Diane has 5 years experience in flooring and as well as running the back office is also great at helping mix and match colours and fabrics.

Malcolm is the shop Manager and has 12 years of flooring experience. His customer service is outstanding; we get lots of comments from customers about how helpful he has been.

Simon has 4 years flooring experience and has a good sound knowledge of flooring and is able to give advice and guidance on all types of flooring.

David has 25 years experience in flooring and is our estimator calling at customers houses and producing detailed plans of hall, stairs and landings.

Dan is training and taking NVQ’s in retail level 1 and 2 as well as an NVQ in customer service.

We have two specialist carpet and vinyl fitting teams led by Neal and Roy with over 30 years experience their work is regularly monitored and always meets or exceeds our customer charter standards.

DIAMOND SERVICE which is ideal for busy people or people unable to remove old carpets and furniture we will arrive remove your furniture, uplift your old carpet, fit your new carpet, and replace your furniture (terms and conditions apply).

Laminate and real wood flooring fitting is carried out by our specialist team headed up by Paul Gould, a fully qualified carpenter with 15 years experience under his belt, no job is too big or too small we deliver all laminate or real wood that is being fitted to your home free of charge.

We have thousands of carpets to choose from, select from hardwearing Berbers, stain resistant Twists, sumptuous Saxony’s and luxury Wools. All carpets are delivered and fitted free when purchasing underlay.
The exclusive VIP collection carries thousands of carpets for the more discerning customer and includes luxury deep pile Wilton, pure wool Berbers and deep pile Saxony’s, all available for special order and delivered within five days.
 
VINYL FLOORING
Today’s vinyl is amazing. The choice of colours and designs are better than ever and the prices are fantastic. A range of non slip vinyl is available on the roll and there is a huge selection of samples to browse in store, giving the customer a fantastic choice.
