We've recently bought carpet for two areas in our home from your Boston Store and would like to say how impressed we were. 

Choice and cost helps us decide where to go first but receiving good customer service makes a big difference in deciding whether to return to a store.  When purchasing our lounge carpet a couple of weeks ago, we were greeted when entering the shop.  We had a look around and approached staff when needing to work out how much was needed and cost.  We were very happy with the price and within a week had the carpet delivered and fitted by your fitter, in this case Rob.  A very friendly man who had fitted many carpets throughout the day but still greeted us with a smile and was very professional throughout.  We had emptied and cleaned the room prior to him arriving which I believe helped when fitting the new carpet which he did extremely quickly and to a high standard! 

Hence, when my husband tried to fit carpet in our hallway this week and failing miserably, we decided to return to United Carpets to help us out again!  I am looking forward to having our carpet fitted this Thursday and we asked if Rob was available again to fit?  Matt (who helped us on the 19th August) was very helpful and again, we were very pleased with our purchase and the service received by the Team. 

We would like to say a big thank you to you all and in the near future, (when we tackle our upstairs bedrooms) we will certainly return to United Carpets Boston for some great deals and excellent customer service!

The fitter (Phil) was very warm and friendly he has done a wonderful job, my wife and I always give a welcome drink of tea or coffee which we think is well deserved.

I have in the past few months bought 5 carpets from your store, and the reason for my letter is to express my sincere thanks to you regarding a recent incident, when I ordered a carpet only to discover that it didn't fit! I had used the house particulars for the measurements, which were not accurate, so I was extremely upset not to mention panicky when this happened.

I rang to inform the staff, and was amazed that a bigger carpet was sent, and I only had to pay the difference in the money. This was a totally unexpected surprise, to which I am still extremely grateful.

I wanted to sincerely express my gratitude for this resolution to my problem not yours. I will be back to buy carpets from United, indeed why would I ever want to go elsewhere, and have since recommended you to a friend who has been and bought carpets from you.
