Richard Forrester, Store Manager, Richard Has worked for a number of major flooring retailers over the last ten years and has been with united Carpets for the last 12 months. Richard will be responsible for making sure your flooring project goes without a hitch and that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is his number one priority.

Mark Tracey, Flooring Estimator, Mark has worked within the flooring trade for the last 30 years and has gained a vast amount of knowledge over that time. Mark will be responsible for estimating and advising you when you enquire at United Carpets & Beds Cannock.

Brendan Wilkinson, Customer Adviser. Brendan has worked in the carpets trader for the last 7 years, throughout that time Brendan has worked alongside Mark who has given him a huge amount of knowledge beyond his years. Brendan will be responsible for advising you when in store and making you purchase a memorable, enjoyable experience.
