RE: Excellent Service.
In these times of economic depression and gloomy forecasts for the future, I thought I should just take a minute to jot this down.
People are very quick to complain bitterly about ‘poor’ or ‘unacceptable’ service, but are a little less inclined to mention to the same amount of people ‘fantastic’ or ‘above and beyond’ levels of service.
So Joanne, please could you accept, and pass on to each and every one of your staff, my heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation for the service yourself and United Carpets have given me over the last few years.
As you know my ‘business’ is property rental – and often at very short notice I have requested, a ‘site visit’ for a measure, replacement and renewal all in a very short space of time. Each time, I have received, an extremely prompt, highly efficient and above all in these times fantastic quality and value service.
