People are always quick to complain, but they never seem quite so fast to give credit when and where it's due. With that in mind, I'd like to say how pleased we are with the service we've had from the store in Melton Mowbray.
The staff we dealt with in-store (I'm sorry, I can't remember their names) were very pleasant to deal with and were a great help in finding a carpet that suited our needs (and budget!). The fitter, Keith, was also very pleasant to deal with, and he fitted the carpet not just very well, but much faster than I was expecting.
I was told by one of my engineering tutors that in any job, regardless what it is, you want the same three qualities - you want it done well, done fast and done cheap. He also said you can only ever have two of these qualities. You're the only people who've ever proven him wrong. Thanks!
