Delivery Policy

Only £25 Delivery on all orders in England,

Scotland and Wales!

After making a purchase on www.unitedcarpetsandbeds.com we will send you an email straight away confirming your order has been placed. Within 48 hours you will receive a phone call or a further email stating the date and time of your delivery. We try our best to make this a time as convenient to you as possible. At United Carpets and Beds we understand how important a good nights sleep is and that’s why we try our hardest to make sure your delivery is made as soon as possible.

If for any reason you need to change your delivery date, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date by contacting our home delivery team on 01623757214

Deliveries are usually between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and between 7am and 3pm on a Saturday you can also contact our sales office on 01623757214 on the day prior to delivery between 4pm and 6pm. Please note, if someone is not at the address to receive your goods during your agreed time slot you will be charged an extra £25 for a second delivery. United Carpets and Beds do not need to satisfy themselves that the person accepting delivery at the agreed address is authorised by the Buyer to accept the goods.

You’ll find our delivery team are always very courteous and helpful. Should our contact be a mobile phone number, our delivery team will contact you by text with an A.M. or P.M. delivery slot.
