Richard Kilner isn’t just any salesman, when you visit the store you may just ask for his autograph; Richard has featured in many of the brands television commercials and refers to himself as the ‘Face of United Carpets Advertising’! Don’t worry though, all this fame hasn’t gone to his head and he is always happy to help customers.

The store also stocks a large variety of 2, 3, and 4 metre wide vinyl to take away. The bespoke area has over 1000 samples many orders can be delivered to the store ready for fitting within the same working week.

The store has a great team of friendly fitters always willing to go the extra mile, fitting 6 days a week, even Sundays if need be! All fitting is fully guaranteed.

The exclusive VIP collection carries thousands of carpets for the more concerning customer and includes luxury deep pile Wilton, pure wool Berbers and deep pile Saxony’s, all available for special order and delivered within five days.
