New Traditions from Balterio is a durable yet stylish laminate flooring solution, which offers an authentic wooden floor appearance. Ideal to suit both traditional and modern decors, the true to nature touch and four sided V-groove of the laminate replicate a wooden plank effect due to the emphasis of the contrasting colour along the long edges. This in turn creates an authentic wood grain effect throughout. The solid 9mm depth of the flooring also ensures resistance to the heavy footfall typical of the busy 21st century home. Available in ten neutral shades, this is an ideal choice for all rooms and decors.
HYDROSHIELD WATER RESISTANT
New Traditions is suitable for use in bathrooms and kitchens thanks to its hydroshield water resistant technology and comes with a 10 year wet warranty for added peace of mind.
Like many other types of floor coverings, laminate is subject to expansion and shrinkage due to changes in temperature and humidity. An expansion profile must be fitted every 13 metres, with 8mm of clearance on either side. The expansion joint can be finished with a connecting profile.
We recommend adding an extra 10% to allow for cuts and wastage during fitting.

Payment for fitting is made direct to our independent fitters on the day of fitting.
Fitting is available within a 25-mile driving distance from our stores. Please contact your closest store for orders outside of this area.
Your laminate flooring order will be completed by your local United Carpets And Beds store who will be in touch shortly after your order has been confirmed to go through the next steps.

You have a right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receiving your order. All items must be returned in the original and unopened packaging. Please note you will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the item(s) to us. We strongly advise using our Free Measure & Estimate service to ensure that your room measurements are as accurate as possible. If you have ordered your flooring recently and your collection/delivery/fitting date has not yet been arranged, we may be able to pause your order processing until after you have been measured by one of our expert team members. This does not affect your statutory rights.
