Our legendary Free Fitting offer means you pay nothing for installation on any carpet when you purchase the equivalent size in our Treadmore or Airstep underlay. If you decide not to purchase underlay with your carpet, or for products that do not qualify, a competitive standard carpet fitting fee applies. Please note that a standard stair surcharge is applied for fitting on stairs, which applies even if your order qualifies for the free fitting promotion. Your local store team will inform you of any surcharges before booking.

Alternatively, you are always welcome to employ any professional fitter of your own choosing.

Do you deliver beds and mattresses, and what are your home delivery charges?

Yes, we provide professional home delivery services for our enitre range of carpets, flooring, beds, mattresses, and bedroom furniture. All bed and mattress orders are dispatched directly from our central warehouse. Once your order has been processed, our beds delivery team will contact you to confirm your order. Once all items are in stock, they will get in touch again to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Standard home delivery costs £40. We also offer optional delivery services such as bed frame assembly and mattress disposal. In addition, selected premium mattress and bed ranges qualify for Free Home Delivery.
