Message to our customers
Dear Valued Customer,
In line with government instructions United Carpets & Beds stores, plus our head office are temporarily closed, however our online sampling service is still available. We want to reassure those customers who have placed an order and paid, that your order is secure. We will resume fitting, home delivery and home measurement service once these restrictions are lifted, we will contact all customers in due course to discuss their order and rearrange.
Welcome to United Carpets and Beds and thank you for choosing to make your purchase from us. Now that you have made your purchase the information below is a guide to inform you of what will happen next and what you can expect from us.

What happens when I leave the store? You can expect a phone call from our Home Delivery Team within 24-48 hours to acknowledge your order and give you further details regarding a convenient delivery date. In the rare event that your order is out of stock we will inform you of this straight away and will aim to deliver to you within 7-10 working days.
Special Orders The store will have made you aware if your purchase is regarded as a special order. We will aim to deliver special order items in a maximum of 10-14 working days. Once your item has been delivered to our transport hub we will contact you and arrange a convenient delivery date. Once your delivery date has been arranged a member of our team will contact you to confirm whether delivery will be made in the morning or the afternoon the day before your delivery is scheduled for. Morning Deliveries are made between 7am – 12pm Afternoon Deliveries are made between 12pm – 6pm on some occasions if deliveries are scheduled around midday we may communicate a 10am – 2pm slot
What happens on the day of delivery? On the day of delivery the drivers will contact you approximately 30 minutes before they arrive at your property. All deliveries are a two-man team and your new purchase will be taken to the room of your choice. If you have purchased our assembly service they will assemble the goods in whichever room you wish and take away all the packaging. If you have purchased our old bed disposal service please ensure that the existing bed is dismantled and ready to be taken away. If you have made alternative arrangements to dispose of your old bed then we recommend not doing so until delivery of your new one takes place.
